The Development and Training Department at Al-Omariya Schools has launched professional development programs targeting school leadership, including administrators, educational supervisors, counselors, and teachers, as part of a training plan consisting of 44 hours of theoretical training followed by 55 hours of practical training in preparation for the 2024/2025 academic year.

The first training session focused on educational supervisors in Amman and Zarqa, providing a specialized program based on international professional standards for teachers, comprising ten core domains. The first domain, Planning and Preparation, covered the following key areas: the concept of planning, its central standards, types, indicative metrics, assessment tools, examples of quarterly and lesson planning, and behavioral objectives across the cognitive, skill-based, and emotional domains
